Mexico is the land of sun and too much fun, great beaches, wonderful boating and fishing, a dream for many from all over the world when North America freezes over and the days grow shorter.

Everyone who comes on Vacation here, always goes home dreaming of owning property in Mexico, to at least use during the winter months when the North is not as pleasant to the skin.

I experienced the same feeling as most travelers, I was living in Utah, Park City and although I loved to ski, I also loved the warmth of the winter sun. First stop was Cabo San Lucas with an office there for 12 years, second stop Puerto Vallarta working on a development in Punta Mita and loving its old charm, and last stop Playa del Carmen and Cozumel Island, in Quintana Roo State on the Mayan Riviera.

Yes I have died and gone to Heaven, as when I came to Playa the first time in 2003, I thought to myself I could die here. It is just so beautiful here I got goose bumps everywhere I went in my discovery of this rare location in the world.

Selling Real Estate and buying property along the way, is both an education and a wild experience as a foreigner, but I have done it and I am here to share with “my clients” all the knowledge I have accumulated in the last 15 years of putting my money where my mouth is, in Real Estate in Mexico.
